There is something beautiful and powerful about being part of a team with shared purpose, emotional intelligence, creativity and a wealth of experience.

These are some of the wonderful humans I work with in Mott MacDonald making magic when it comes to vision-led planning and robust decision making in the face of uncertainty.

Our collective skills help to foster curiosity, open minds, enable engagement and shared learning in exploring the future, and encourage others to be ‘comfortably uncomfortable’ about the state of flux facing the world right now.

We make it our business, through a growing repertoire of futures techniques, to help people with varied expertise and diverse opinions come together and work towards an improved sense of understanding of what could or should be ahead of them and what to do about it.

So, if you have a problem, if no-one else can help, and if you can find us, maybe you can hire….
